Designated agent

Send notices to our designated agent:

  • Name: Owner, Celtics Crew
  • Email: contact@celticscrew.com

How to submit a notice

Your written notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing and its location on the Site (the page address), with enough detail for us to find it.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may make you liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

What we do

When we receive a complete notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the identified material and may notify the person who supplied it. We will keep a record of the notice.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the address above that includes: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice. If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complaining party tells us it has filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

We will terminate access for people who are repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances.
