Our commitments

• Ads are labeled. Any advertisement on the Site is marked "Advertisement" and kept visually separate from editorial content.
• Sponsored content is labeled. Anything paid for by a sponsor is marked "Sponsored" or "Paid partnership" at the top of the content and in any social post that promotes it, including with #ad where appropriate.
• Affiliate links are disclosed. If we earn a commission when you buy through a link, we say so next to the link or at the top of the page.
• Editorial independence. Advertisers and sponsors do not review, approve or influence our reporting, rankings, statistics or opinions. We do not accept payment in exchange for favorable coverage, and we do not run sponsored content that looks like editorial.
• No betting promotion by default. If we ever carry sports-betting or fantasy advertising, we will follow the rules that apply in each state, label it clearly, and not present our analysis as betting advice.
• You control your data. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for how advertising technology will be handled, including consent where required.

Compliance

We aim to follow the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides and applicable state and international rules on advertising disclosure and online privacy.
